This site has one form and no tracking. There are no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies beyond what your browser needs to load the page.
Who is responsible
AST Labs is a trading name of Aqua Sport Technologies OÜ, registry code 17276686, VAT EE102892271, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. The company is the data controller for anything you send here. Reach us through the contact form.
What the form collects
- Your name, so a reply can be addressed to someone.
- Your email address, so there is somewhere to reply.
- Which service you picked, and whatever you write in the last question.
Nothing else is asked for, and nothing is collected in the background.
Why, and on what basis
To read your enquiry and reply to it. The lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or, where you are simply asking a question, our legitimate interest in answering it.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site and stores the submission so it can be passed on by email. Replies are sent and kept in an ordinary email account. Nobody else receives your details, and they are never sold, shared for advertising, or used to build a profile.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for as long as the resulting records need to exist. Anything that leads nowhere is deleted once it is clearly finished with. Where the enquiry becomes a piece of work, the records that go with it are kept for as long as Estonian accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to it being processed. Ask through the contact form and it will be dealt with. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Changes
If this site ever adds analytics, a booking tool or anything else that touches your data, this page is updated before that goes live.
